Campus Coordinator – full-time; Atascocita Campus

Job Summary

The Campus Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and operational partner to the Campus Pastor. This role exists to support the Campus Pastor in every area necessary to ensure the campus operates with clarity, alignment, and excellence.  The defining strength of this role is the ability to anticipate needs, execute with precision, and remove obstacles before they arise. The Campus Coordinator helps translate vision into action and ensures the details of ministry are handled with consistency and care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide proactive, high-level support to the Campus Pastor by managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Oversee the coordination of campus projects, events, and ministry workflows to ensure plans are executed effectively.
  • Support campus staff and coordinate volunteers as needed to ensure smooth ministry operations.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the campus and central departments.
  • Be present on campus during weekend services and key events in a direct support role to the Campus Pastor.
  • Assist in managing campus expenses and maintain general awareness of spending in accordance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated administrative or operations experience.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High technical competence with standard office and database systems.
  • Relational maturity, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute reliably in a fast-paced ministry environment.
  • Active member of Woodlands Church Atascocita
