Facilities-Room Setups

We have a full-time opportunity for an Event Setup worker to join our Facilities team at the Woodlands Campus. Â Must be able to work a flexible schedule, includes evening and weekend work.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Complete daily room setups; manage room setup changes
• Manage and take care of inventory/resources (tables, chairs, etc)
• Assist with a wide range of Facilities projects as directed
Education/Skill/Experience:
- Highly organized; ability to follow written/verbal orders accurately
• Be a self-starter and work independently in the absence of supervision
• Able to lift 50 pounds above waist, and carry heavy objects
• Customer service mindset, with strong communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with setups helpful, but not required
• Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft office suite, i.e.. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
