Job Summary:

We have an opportunity for a full-time Events Setup worker to join our Facilities team at our Woodlands Campus.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have availability to work rotational weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete daily room setups; manage room setup changes
  • Manage and take care of inventory/resources (tables, chairs, etc)
  • Assist with a wide range of Facilities projects as directed


  • Highly organized; ability to follow written/verbal orders accurately
  • Be a self-starter and work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Able to lift 50 pounds above waist, and carry heavy objects
  • Customer service mindset, with strong communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with setups helpful, but not required
