DivorceCare – Woodlands

DivorceCare is a special support group where you can find help as you recover from the hurt of separation or divorce. There aren’t many people around you who understand the pain your divorce or separation has caused. To you. Your family. Your friends. That’s the reason for DivorceCare.

It’s a series of support groups and seminars conducted by people who understand what you are experiencing. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.

What does the DivorceCare Session Look Like?

Video (30-40 min) During the first 30-40 minutes of the meeting, each DivorceCare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects.

Support Group (1 hr 30 min) After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members.

What are the Materials?

The DivorceCare Participant Workbook ($15) – The workbook contains a gospel presentation, a note-taking section, a daily personal Bible study, insights from prominent Christian leaders and other informative resources.
